To use most of the features available on iProp91, the user is required to provide a proof of (i) ownership, which can be in the form of an allotment letter, agreement to sale, builder buyer agreement or a payment receipt clearly specifying the unit number and the name of the user; or (ii) occupation of the property, which can be in the form of a lease agreement, leave and license agreement etc.
The users are free to redact any financial information appearing in any of the documents provided at the time of verification of the user. For verification purposes, iProp91 doesn’t need any financial information of the user.
Only limited services are available to a user which has not completed the verification process. For eg., non-verified user can access the reviews and rating provided by the verified users but will not be able to post anything on the platform or engage with the verified users. A non-verified user will be able to use advisory services and access the knowledge management page.

The documents saved by any user on the iProp91 platform will be in encrypted form and iProp91 will only have limited access to these documents to provide its services and as may be instructed by the specific user. Yes, the ownership of any document uploaded in iProp91 Safe remains with the specific user and such user will have the ability to access or delete these documents at any time at their sole discretion.
iProp91 Real Insight is a platform for verified users to rate and review their real estate ownership experience, developer’s services, real estate projects and every other service in relation to real estate assets. In our experience, most of the information and reviews accessible in the market are biased, manipulated and influenced and therefore, are not of any practical use to the actual owners of the property. To address this issue, we have made sure that only verified users are allowed to share the reviews in relation to any project or their experience with any specific developer or real estate agent.
No. iProp91 does not allow any non-verified user to post any review or rating on the platform. The minimum requirement for posting anything on iProp91 Real Insight is to share proof of ownership of the specific property in relation to which a user wants to share a review or rating. Non-verified users will have the ability to read and access reviews and ratings posted by verified users.
iProp91 Owners' Club is a confidential and exclusive club of verified owners of same real estate project with common interests to help enhance the overall experience of the occupants of such project. The Owners' Club is owned and managed by the club representatives, with no access to outsiders.
