How to find your property ID on the portal?
Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. Under the 'Search Property' tab, select the name of the municipality from the dropdown (mandatory field). Any information like Colony, Property Category, Search by Plot Number, Property ID (eight characters), Old Property ID, Owner/Occupier Name or Mobile Number can be filled to search property information.
It can also be searched on GIS map -> Click on 'Search on Map'.
How to self-certify your property ID on the portal
After searching the property ID, click on 'View Details'. All details related to the property will be reflected. Within each sub-head, there will be a blue highlight asking for correctness of data to be verified by clicking 'Yes' or 'No'. If all the data is correct, select 'Yes' and click on 'Verify Details'. The Property ID will be successfully self-authenticated.
How to create a new property ID on the portal?
Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. Search for property with any of the parameters below:
- owner's name
- own mobile number
- Search by plot number

If after searching you are still unable to find your property, click on 'Please Click Here' at the end of the page to create a new Property ID. Read all the terms and conditions, check the box to agree and click 'Click here to proceed'.

What all documents are required for creation of new property ID?
- Identity Proof of Applicant (any one of the following):
- Aadhar Card

- Proof of Ownership (Sale Deed/Conveyance Deed/Lease Deed)
- Sale deed/conveyance deed

- Allotment letter, re-allotment letter from any Govt. or semi–Govt. Dept. or Developer of licensed colony or Developer of approved Group Housing
- Court decree (An affidavit or declaration regarding court decree no court case is pending in any court)

- Additional for properties under Lal – Dora Areas (any one of the following):
- In death case, legal heir certificate issued from the competent revenue authority / civil court

How to create split ID from existing property ID?
Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. To create a split ID, follow the steps to create a new property ID on the portal. Under the sub-heading of Property Details, click on 'Yes' of 'Is this a sub-division of an existing property ID'.
An existing PID can be split in two ways:
- Horizontally where the plot area is sub-divided
- Vertically where the floor-wise sub-division takes place.
Click Plot Subdivision/Floor Subdivision -> Enter the Property ID -> Click 'Fetch Property Details' -> Enter the desire Plot Area to split -> Click Refresh Plot Area under 'After Subdivision Plot Area Remaining of Main PID (In Sq. Yards )' -> Tick 'I agree and click here to submit' -> Submit Request. The concerned municipality will review the request and take necessary action.
Note: An existing PID can be split in the following cases only:
- Where plot/area of an existing property ID is to be sub-divided
- Where the property ID created earlier is for more than one floor, but now floor-wise sub-division is required
- Where the property ID generated earlier shows two or more plots/floors as being merged together, the plots/floors actually belong to different owners.
What all documents are required to split an existing PID and create a sub-property ID?

What will be the charges for creating a new PID request?
There is no charge for creating a new PID request in normal mode.
How can NRIs/foreign citizens who do not have an Indian mobile number login to the portal?
Those NRIs/Foreign Nationals who do not have an Indian mobile number can register on the portal using the “NRI/Foreign National Registration” option. Email ID is required for registration. For verification, one OTP will be sent to your email-id and another OTP will be sent to the mobile number through WhatsApp. After verification your profile will be created.
After this NRI/Foreign National can login with their registered email-id.
How to update your details if details are shown incomplete/incorrect on the portal?
Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. Under the tab 'Search Property', select the Municipality and enter the Property ID and click on 'Search'. Click on 'View Details' -> Details related to the properties will be reflected -> Within each sub-head, a blue highlight looking for correctness of data should be verified by clicking on 'Yes' or 'No'.
Select 'No' -> Click on 'Update Details' -> Correct/Update the details with supporting documents -> Click on 'Save Draft'. An objection has been raised and it will be resolved by the municipality. After the objection is settled, self-certify the details by clicking on 'Verify Details'.
What all documents are required for change of name of owner in property data or correction of name in property date (In non-death cases)?
- Any one of the below documents for proof of ownership
- Sale deed/conveyance deed
- Transfer deed/Relinquishment deed/release deed/Jamabandi/Farad,
- Allotment letter, re-allotment letter from any Govt. or semi–Govt. Dept. or Developer of licensed colony or Developer of approved Group Housing.
- Court decree (An affidavit or declaration regarding court decree no court case is pending in any court)
- Identity Proof of Applicant (any one of the following):
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card,
- Parivar Pehchaan Patra,
- Passport,

- In case of non-availability of any document mentioned at Sr. No. 3, all legal heirs will provide an affidavit in favour of transferee.

- A publication with the notice of 30 days must be published in 02 national newspapers.
